About Melanie

Hello! My name is Melanie and I am a Williamson County native. I have been doing hair in Franklin for the last seven years professionally, (I started long before that though, on Barbie and very trusting friends and family!)
I have worked at the Rodney Mitchell Salon for the past three years. Since joining the RMS crew I have attended
Bumble and Bumble training in Nashville and Atlanta. I have also trained with Redken, Aveda, and Kerastase.

Rodney makes sure we are fresh and current with all the latest styles and trends. I enjoy coloring and cutting hair the most. I love meeting new people. Most of all, I love gaining a clients trust and watching the trust turn into a friendship.
